The past months were opportune to prepare new developments and improvements. And indeed, the Swiss company is eager to share its results with its partners and friends at what appears to be a promising show.
Maillefer’s drip irrigation lines include a entire series of innovations. Ever more tube constructions and dripper types (e.g. flat & cylindrical) are available from the PIL extrusion lines. The fully integrated components include the highest performance dripper feeding & insertion available, multi-layer extrusion, and fully automatic non-stop coiling from the new KWI coiler. With the increasing demand from agriculture for economical and ecological water irrigation systems, the drip irrigation extrusion lines are the smart response for tube manufacturers worldwide.

Several features are worth citing, like easier forming tool setups, elimination of wear and dust from TIG grounding, improved weld surveillance, plus more. Maillefer has undertaken the redesign of all the components on the PCL line. The result is improved performance, efficiency, ease of operation, and processing quality.

In addition, Maillefer’s will present its portfolio, which includes extrusion lines for blown fiber tubes and microducts, medical IV tubes, automotive fuel line tubes with 6 or more functional layers, and gas & water pipes. Highly engineered tube & pipe extrusion like for example, large multi-layer flexible pipes for the subsea oil & gas industry, is the company’s specialty.
The stand will be staffed with personnel from Shanghai, Moscow, USA, India, Egypt, Switzerland and Finland, as well as by the dozens of agents and partners from around the world.
