From 10 to 14 March, some 2,400 manufacturers – more than half of them from outside Germany – will be presenting the world’s largest exhibition of industrial achievement in the ‘Bathroom Experience’, building, energy, air-conditioning technology and renewable energies. In this anniversary year, which marks “50 years of ISH”, the exhibition centre is fully booked. The ISH Technology and Energy Forum in Galleria 1 North (walk-way between Halls 8 and 9) showcases the fundamental changes in the heating market. Expert lectures and a cross-sector exhibition will be presenting future trends, including the opportunities that exist for high-efficiency building services technology. Here there will be explanation and discussion of new options for increasing efficiency and for the use of renewable energies in buildings, systems integration in modern building services engineering and the use of biogenic fuels.  Actual examples of completed modernisation projects will to used to show how sustainable and resource-friendly heating of the future can be achieved today, using improved efficiency and the gradual shift across to renewable energies. The ISH Technology and Energy Forum has been conceived independently of any particular form of energy or technology. It is organised by the Association of the Ger-man House, Energy and Environmental Technology Industry (Bundesindustrieverband Deutschland Haus-, Energie- und Umwelttechnik e.V. – BDH) together with Messe Frankfurt in cooperation with other partners.
