[inspic=255,left,,140]Vanguard Piping Systems (Canada) Inc. (Vanguard Canada) announced that its parent company has acquired Viega´s remaining interest in the company.
Vanguard Canada is now a wholly owned Canadian corporation manufacturing PEX and HDPE piping products in its facility in Burnaby, British Columbia. The company will continue to sell its products in Canada and now has the opportunity to expand its geographical reach worldwide including the United States.
