herotec: New multi-variant dry construction system from wood fiber

Conservation of resources and state-of-the-art floor heating systems can be combined. herotec, the German manufacturer of floor heating systems and specialist for dry construction systems, prove this with their new wood fiber dry construction system TBS HF 30-16 AB, which offers a very comprehensive program of most different elements.

The base elements of the system plates are manufactured in a dry process by most modern and environment-friendly technology. The raw material is untreated fir and spruce wood that has been grown in sustainable forestry in the German Black Forest. The base elements are recognized as safe as to construction biology. They are quality controlled and carry the “natureplus” quality sign.
The secure hold of the 16 mm heating pipe is guaranteed by the Ω-guideways of the proven heat diffusion bars which are well-known from other herotec dry construction systems. These glued-on aluminium sheets guarantee optimum lateral heat diffusion and walk-on-ability at the same time.
This herotec system from wood fiber offers two substantial advantages: The pressure load is ≥ 180 kPa (at a 10 % compression), and the very complete program contains a lot of special elements apart from the standard ones, so that most individual requirements can be met. Thus, time-intensive and dirt-producing manual cutting-to-size or of grooves can be avoided to the greatest extent at the building-site.

This dry construction system can be applied on solid wood and timber joist ceilings and as wall element without sound protection requirements. The screed can be realized by dry screed elements or liquid screed according to DIN 18560. Wall planking can be done by gypsum plaster or gypsum fiber boards.
