Each machine eliminates all the disadvantages of traditional coil strapping, providing significant advantages for pipe producers.
Traditional packaging methods for small diameter pipes; placing several straps around the coil, means the coils are exposed and can become dirty, loose and difficult to handle. Pipe Coil Technology have introduced a system that has been rigorously tested to ensure it removes all these outcomes and instead offers a complete, efficient coiling and packaging solution. These new coiling systems are fitted with an integrated film packaging system that automatically wraps film around the coil to ensure the coils are tightly covered, stay in immaculate condition, do not become loose and are easy to stack.
At installation, the film enables pipe to be pulled from the centre of the coil as required, without needing to remove packaging or unwind any pipe length except the amount required. All systems are designed and produced in house and adhere to very strict guidelines ensuring that they are the most efficient coiling and packaging solutions available.
