NEW PVC-O PIPE PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT AVAILABLE
Molecor presents worldwide in the K-Show 2007, its MOLECULAR ORIENTATION TECHNOLOGY. Molecor is a recently established company promoted by three former executives, highly skilled in the plastic industry, that evelops and trades PVC-O pipes equipment.
Molecular Orientation technology provides plastic pipes outstanding properties such as high impact resistance, almost unbreakable, high stiffness and fatigue resistance, an excellent behaviour with external loads, and maximum flexibility. Also PVC-O pipes offer a bigger hydraulic capacity, minimum loss of pressure, and a significant reduction in wall thickness and therefore weight, which means transportation and installation savings. All these improvements are made with lower raw material consumption for the same requirement of pipe, resulting in a significant cost reduction.
Also PVC-O pipes are the MOST ECOLOGYCAL and environmental friendly solution for water transportation. TABLE 1 shows the CO2 emissions and energy consumption due to raw material production, pipe manufacturing, usage and usage life of pipes for water transportation. This PVC-O machinery can be fitted into a PVC common extrusion line. Molecor adapts its orientation process to each customer, being able to be performed in line and off line.
