MONOS+ 37D – the best single-screw for PP and PE 100
Our expertise, our quality-awareness and a unique price/performance ratio – these have helped establish Cincinnati as the global market leader in extrusion equipment for large-diameter PE pipes and PP (corrugated) pipes. To defend this position, we are continuously working on further advancement of our successful product lines. Thus, all Monos+ extruders are equipped with 37D plasticizing units. Combined with the latest screw geometry, grooved bushing and the proven pft® (power feed technology), this ensures a further improvement in melt homogeneity and a further reduction in melt temperature. The previous model, Monos 60, achieved an output of ~ 450 kg/h – on the Monos+ 60 the record has been outstripped by another 40% with a guaranteed.
